Karachi, Pakistan — December 11, 2018
Crownstone Global has secured a landmark 2-year operations consulting contract with one of Pakistan’s leading solar energy providers. The engagement focuses on optimizing supply chain workflows, field operations, and organizational performance at scale.
This partnership represents Crownstone’s growing influence in operations consulting for the power and energy sector and showcases its ability to serve complex industrial sectors with high-impact outcomes.
“Our focus has always been on improving operational resilience and performance. With Pakistan’s increasing tilt toward renewable energy, this engagement comes at a time when efficiency in solar project execution is essential.”, said Mr. Khawaja Mazhar Uddin, CEO & MD of Crownstone Global.
The consulting scope includes a diagnostic review of field installation cycles, workforce planning, inventory controls, and client servicing models. The solar energy client, whose name remains undisclosed due to contractual confidentiality, operates across Punjab and Sindh and has over 20MW of installed solar capacity under management.
Crownstone’s consulting team will work alongside the client’s leadership to restructure workflows and establish an accountability-focused operational model that will reduce deployment time and cost per watt. This engagement will also include capacity-building workshops for mid-level technical staff and the deployment of custom dashboards for field performance tracking.
This marks Crownstone Global’s first major consulting win in the energy sector and establishes a precedent for further industry-specific vertical growth.
