Crownstone Global has formally introduced two new consulting practice groups, Digital Transformation and Strategy Consulting, reinforcing its position as a forward-looking company that addresses modern business challenges.
With this launch, Crownstone expands its services beyond operational excellence to include scalable digital adoption and long-term strategic planning for enterprises and SMEs.

The Digital Transformation practice group will focus on CRM implementation, e-commerce enablement, and custom software development. Meanwhile, the Strategy Consulting group will provide services around growth strategy, GTM execution, and transformation roadmaps.
These additions were developed based on increasing demand from existing clients, particularly in the retail and wholesale distribution sectors, who sought to modernize their business models and accelerate market responsiveness.
Each practice will be led by a senior practice leader and supported by a cross-functional team of associates and senior consultants. The company has also announced ongoing recruitment to expand its digital and strategic advisory bench strength.
