Crownstone Global has officially entered the e-commerce space with the launch of Ecommerce Logics, a fully owned subsidiary dedicated to building, managing, and scaling high-growth e-commerce brands across niche product categories.
This move represents Crownstone’s vertical integration strategy to combine performance marketing, product R&D, and logistics into a single, e-commerce-focused entity.

Regarding the management and operations, it has been confirmed that the new subsidiary will have its dedicated team and independent financial operations, with Crownstone Global’s strategic support and management input to ensure alignment with the group’s objectives.
The launch is a key step in Crownstone Global’s evolution from a consulting firm to an operating group with strong digital business arms in commercial software applications, and now in e-commerce.
