Crownstone Global has been awarded a major operations consulting project by a top-tier FMCG wholesale distribution company based in Karachi, cementing its capabilities in the high-volume, fast-paced consumer goods market.
The consulting mandate spans warehouse productivity improvement, last-mile delivery optimization, and sales force efficiency mapping.

Facing rapid expansion and increasing operational bottlenecks, the client sought Crownstone’s expertise in diagnosing inefficiencies and designing a streamlined process model.
Crownstone’s role includes designing territory-based sales operations, digitizing order capture flows, and creating data-backed performance benchmarks for logistics and sales teams. The consulting phase is expected to last 08 weeks, followed by an implementation activity.
