Crownstone Launches ‘EasyProcess’ SaaS Platform

Crownstone Global has officially entered the workflow management and automation space with the launch of EasyProcess, a modular SaaS platform tailored for SMEs to digitize approvals, requests, and repetitive operational workflows.

EasyProcess provides a no-code interface for small businesses to create, track, and automate internal processes across departments without needing IT teams or complex ERP systems.

EasyProcess includes pre-built process templates for:

  • Expense and reimbursement approvals

  • Procurement workflows

  • Client onboarding

  • Sales quotation approvals

Targeted at non-tech-savvy users, EasyProcess allows users to create drag-and-drop workflows with built-in logic, approval layers, and task routing. The platform currently supports API integrations with major project management software, and further integrations are planned to be developed.

The launch comes at a time when post-COVID businesses are increasingly turning to digital tools to reduce paperwork, streamline internal processes, and enable hybrid teams.

As of now, EasyProcess is being offered on a free trial to select SME businesses in the professional services and regulated sectors that are looking to replace their existing Excel or WhatsApp-based approval chains with a unified system.
