Crownstone Global has completed a major internal corporate restructuring, establishing Crownstone Consulting Services (CCS), the Software Products Division (SPD), and Integrated Business Services (IBS) as three fully functional internal divisions, while E-commerce Logics remains as a wholly-owned subsidiary under the group’s operating structure.
This move clarifies business focus, enhances operational independence, and prepares the group for accelerated growth, while remaining strategically aligned under the Crownstone Global umbrella.

Crownstone Consulting Services (CCS) will continue delivering high-performance enterprise consulting services in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, operations consulting, and strategy execution. With deep roots in execution-led advisory, CCS serves clients across industries with a hybrid approach that combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery.
On the other hand, Software Products Division (SPD) will focus exclusively on creating and scaling commercial software products in niche categories that already serve thousands of SME users globally, with more innovative products planned for the future.
The Integrated Business Services (IBS) division will function as a centralized, multifunctional unit, providing shared services across the entire group. This new division is established to boost operational efficiency and align essential back-office teams, such as Finance and Accounts, Human Resources, Administration, Sales, Marketing, and IT Support, under a streamlined structure to maximize resource utilization and improve operational agility.
This strategic move comes amid growing demand for specialized consulting services and increased traction for Crownstone’s software products. Each division now has its own team, growth plan, and resource pipeline while benefiting from group-level leadership, governance, and capital support.
