7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crownstone Global is primarily incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the local competitive arbitration institution, with the arbitration to be held in the jurisdiction in which Crownstone Global is primarily incorporated. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Crownstone Global.

Requirements to submit notification:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
